Something not working?

Tell us what happened. Reports go to the people who maintain the site, and a person reads every one.

Only so we can ask you a question back.

A sentence or two is plenty.

Up to three, five megabytes each. A screenshot is usually worth more than the paragraph describing it.

What helps

  • Say what you expected to happen as well as what did. Half of all bugs turn out to be the two disagreeing about what is correct.
  • A screenshot saves more time than any other thing you can send. The form takes up to three.
  • If it happened on one page, say which. The form records the page you came from, but check that it is the right one.
